DUBAI (Web Desk) - The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the nominations of Men's ODI Player of the Year 2023.

No Pakistani player including Babar Azam, who won the Player of the Year award in the last two years, has been included in the nominations.

Three Indian players Virat Kohli, Mohammad Shami, Shabman Gill and one from New Zealand Daryl Mitchell have been nominated for Men's ODI Player of the Year 2023.

Meanwhile, Sri Lanka's Chimari Atapattu, Australia's Ashley Garner, New Zealand's Emilia Kerr and England's Nat Soireburnt have been nominated for the Women's One Day Player of the Year 2023 nominations. Here, again, no Pakistani woman is enlisted.

Men's T20 Cricketer of the Year nominations include New Zealand's Mark Chapman, Uganda's Elpesh Ramjani, Zimbabwe's Sikandar Raza and India's Surya Kumar Yadev.

The nominees for the ICC Emerging Men's Cricketer of the Year include South Africa's Gerald Coetzee, India's Yashaswi Jaswal, Sri Lanka's Dilshan Madhushanka, and New Zealand's Richan Ravindra.

The winners of the ICC Awards are decided by voting. The name of the winners of awards will be announced later this month.
